From Express Scripts -> CarelonRx

When changing jobs leads to a change in insurance plans that results in a higher co-pay for meds (shrugs).

I used to get my mesalamine from Express Scripts but now have to use CarelonRx, which will cost us $40 more. Imagine what $480 a year can get!
